New start to health and longevity

[Isaiah 58:8 KJV] “Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.“

I want to exhort you to engage the truth to stay passionate with your vision without burning out. We are in the mid year and this is the time to renew your health goals. We have souls to win and the ends of the earth to reach. This is the time to renew and reinforce your health goal. Here are simple tips to sustain your health:

1. Eat well
2. Stay active
3. Drink more water to stay hydrated
4. Get 30 minutes of sunshine daily at least to synthesize Vitamin D
5. Be temperate in all things; it’s the key to mastery and health
6. Get fresh air to improve respiratory health
7. Get 6-8 hrs of rest daily
8. Trust God; faith makes all things possible
