“Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha. (It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.) Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick. When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.
These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well. Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep. Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him.“(John 11:1-4, 11-15 KJV)
Many years ago young man who happened to be very close to Jesus fell ill and died.
The scriptures teach us that when he was taken ill, the Lord was informed by his sisters; but the Lord delayed in coming. The lord delayed for 6 days; the man died 2 days after Jesus was informed and was buried but the Lord arrived after 6 days.
When the lord arrived four days after he was buried, his sisters said “if you had been here, our brother would not have died”. Hahahahaha! What a story! Very often when calamity strikes we tend to blame the Lord instead of believing for solutions. Mary and Martha concluded that their brother was dead and it was because the Lord Jesus, their friend disappointed them when they needed his help. They were no longer believing for a miracle. They had given up but the Lord had a greater plan. He had a plan to meet them at the point of their greatest need.
I am not aware of exactly what is dead in your life but the same Jesus who raised lazarus from the dead is here working on your case. In his own words, he is the resurrection and life; anybody who believes in him shall not die and even if they be dead, he shall raise them again.
Please just relax because that same Jesus that raised Lazarus from the dead is working on your case. Your case will be resolved. You shall live and not die. You will come out of every mess and shine. You will not remain in the dark. You will come out of servitude. All it takes is faith. If only you believe, you will not die nor be finished.
Your mess will soon become your message and your story will be shared to the glory of God. Those who mocked you shall be shocked.
That same Jesus will be there to raise your Lazarus. He is the resurrection and the life. You will not rot in the grave. You will come out fully restored. The enemy cannot exact upon you; not even death. Just relax and believe; the resurrection and the life is working on the cases and petitions that you brought before him. Don’t fret and don’t be anxious; that same Jesus Christ is working on your case.
Let us believe that whatever you have petitioned the Lord; shall be done. Your case may be dead but will not remain in the grave.
With God, delays are not denials!
With God, nothing is too late!
With God, your lazarus will not remain in the grave!
- Keep believing: your faith will deliver
- Stop making excuses and start feeding your faith: let not a man that doubt think of receiving anything from the Lord.
- Get the life application right: many of us are futuristic in our thinking but every promise for the future is possible to happen now! Hallelujah, our thoughts are not his thoughts! The women were thinking their brother will rise at the last hour; the Lord was right there to raise him. The real limitation is in your mind and mouth. Salvation by faith is in your heart and mouth. Your miracle is not in heaven nor in the grave; its in your heart and mouth.
- Act on his word even if it does not make sense: your case may be stinking but he can do more than you are thinking! Lazarus may be stinking by now; but you don’t know what the Lord is thinking by now.

Got bless you Bishop. What a word!! I feel like shouting it loud for everyone to know that though my issue may be stinking the Lord Jesus is thinking of me. Not only is he thinking if me but He is in to bring my Lazarus back to life.
