[Psalm 23:3 KJV] “He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.“
We want to lift out hearts and voices today to seek the Lord to restore our souls, and lead us in the paths of righteousness. Sometimes, we stray off the highways of holiness and go astray. When we stray off the paths of righteousness, we get afflicted and bullied by the forces of darkness. Many are afflicted and hurt and bruised because they went astray. Many are hurt and burdened.
We pray that God will restore our souls. If any has been hurt and bruised, may their souls be restored! May God begin to lead us in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake!
Prayer target
- Thank God for the gift of life, grace and compassion. God is good and wants the best life for us. Say with me “today is a great day and I shall be favoured above all else!”
- Father, forgive our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Have mercy on us this day and show compassion and favour towards us!
- Lord, restore my soul. Heal our bruises and hurts! Restore my soul! Restore us! Heal us oh God!
- Lead us not into evil, deliver us from temptation, lead us in the paths of righteousness!
- Thank God for grace!
