[Deuteronomy 33:24-25 KJV] “And of Asher he said, Let Asher be blessed with children; Let him be acceptable to his brethren, And let him dip his foot in oil. Thy shoes shall be iron and brass; And as thy days, so shall thy strength be.”
To collect years and to be full of days is normal and natural; but ageing isn’t!
We want to spend today fasting, praying, reading, and believing to be as strong as the days we spend. I am of the firm believe that if you shall dip your foot in oil, your shoes shall be as hooves of iron and brass; to break and to trample. I believe that if you shall go for the oil and the anointing, you will keep going stronger and stronger!
The oil
The first secret to going strong is the anointing or the oil. May the Lord anoint you with His unction to delay ageing in the name of Jesus!
Peace and rest
The second secrets to slow down aging and weakening is peace, rest, and healthy eating. May the God of peace protect your peace and give you rest. May your eat healthily to slow down aging.
Waiting on God
The third secret to slowing down aging is serving and waiting on God! A renewed youth is the benefit of serving and waiting on God.
“Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; Who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; Who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; So that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s”. (Psalm 103:2-5 KJV)
Prayer target
- Thank You Heavenly Father for all that You have done in 2022. Your right hand of power have done valiantly! We bless You!
- Help us to CrossOver into 2023 strong, renewed, and empowered! Prepare me for the new doors and opportunities that You are opening for us in 2023. Give me speed, grace, and stamina to neutralise any delays and frustrations in my life and to stand firm even in the storms of life.
- Baptise and fill us afresh with Your Holy Spirit. Let Your presence and Your Spirit dwell in us mightily. Renew within us a right spirit. Anoint us with fresh unction and anointing!
- Deliver us from pain and stress. Let Your peace protect our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Anoint us with the oil of joy. Give us sound sleep and a restful might every day.
- Subdue kings and and princes under us. Break the power of sickness and suffering from us. Bind any projections and schemes to cause pain and premature aging in the name of Jesus!
- Lead us in the way. Grant us safe passage through 2023. Sustain us with wheat, oil, and milk. Renew our youth as that of the Eagle in Jesus name!
Listen! You shall be like Asher! As your days shall be, so shall your strength be. CrossOver! Keep winning! Accelerate, catch and overtake!
