Effectual fervent prayers of the righteous man available much!
One of the key mystical practices which the church and our congregation specifically must uphold in this season is extended fervent and effectual prayers. The Bible teaches that the effectual fervent prayer of the righteous man avails much. It makes tremendous power available. When we learn to pray, we realise power that works the supernatural.
Sometimes, praying fervently may appear like a joke or drama; but it has great benefits. I firmly believe that when we gather, we must keep the prayer fervent and effectual. We must avoid pretense and hypocrisy. Remember, without fervent and effectual intercession, many of us will fall and fail. If no one stands in the gap to pray, the land with corrupt. If no one intensely and fervently intercede for us, many of us will fail.
“Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.” (Colossians 4:12 KJV)
Fervent praying may look ordinary and superficial but it carries so much power. There is so much grace that is release through prayer and we cannot take such things for granted.
The seed I leave with you today is to pray fervently today and every day of your life. When you learn to pray daily, great power will be available to you. You will walk in power and grace. You will not fail when you learn to pray fervently everyday. You will win and not fail. Just keep praying.
