Luke 11:13 KJV — If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
- Pray that God will anoint us with His presence and power. In Acts 10:38, we understand how God anointed Jesus Christ with the Holy Ghost and with power; this empowered Him to go about doing good and casting out devils. May the Lord anoint us with His presence and power!
- Pray that the manifestation and demonstration of the anointing shall follow you and be evident in your life. Pray that the presence and power of God on your life will be manifest when you relate with people and enter a room. Just as people felt the conviction when Jesus Christ spoke; may people experience God when you speak. Some people will never believe until they see a sign.
- Pray that the Holy Spirit will endow you with some of the best gifts. Pray for the gifts of the Holy Ghost! (See 1 Corinthians 12:1-12)
- Pray that the Holy Spirit shall bear His fruits in you. Pray that you will be able to operate above human laws. (See Galatians 5:22)
- Pray that you shall be filled and catch the seven spirits of God (See Isaiah 11:1-4). Pray for the spirit of God, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.
- Pray that the Holy Ghost will do His work in your life. Pray that He will be at work in you (See Ephesians 3:20). Pray that He will set a seal on your life, make you smarter, defend you, make you fruitful, cause your face to shine, transform your life.
