Prayer is the key step that works in all situations. Prayer is a master key, so is faith, and loyalty. I want us to explore this one thing that surpasses all other things. This is the one activity that surpasses everything else; it is one thing that you should never be tired of doing.
Pray when all is well and pray when all is not well. Be anxious for nothing, in all things pray. When we gather, let us gather to pray!
We must never be tired of praying
Luke 18:1-8 KJV — And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; [2] saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: [3] and there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.
[4] And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; [5] yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. [6] And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.
[7] And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? [8] I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?
Pray without ceasing
1 Thessalonians 5:17-18 KJV — Pray without ceasing. [18] In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Prayer should be the first thing
1 Timothy 2:1-4 KJV — I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; [2] for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. [3] For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; [4] who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
You will never regret practicing this truth and God will help you through every situation.
