The prophet Isaiah assured us in Isaiah 58, that when we fast as appointed by the Lord, we shall call and He will answer; we shall cry and He will say here am I! We want to say “Father, this is the hour and now is the moment we need Your intervention!”
We want to say “Lord, be quick to help us; many of us are between the hard place and the Red Sea.” Let us arise and pray for divine intervention! We will do what man must do but by the arm of flesh shall no man prevail! May the mighty hand of the Lord be with us to help us! Lord we need Your grace!
- Praise the name of the God of Jacob, the master of the universe! He is the Lord of all flesh, the father of all spirits. Lift up your voice and bless the God of our salvation! Praise the Lord who is fearful in praise doing wonders! Father, come and do your wonders again!
- Restore us back on the paths of righteousness for your name sake! We acknowledge that we have strayed from the paths of righteousness; therefore we have bee afflicted! Forgive and restore us to the paths of righteousness!
- Ask the Lord to intervene in your situation and circumstances now! Lord show yourslef strong! Let us see your mighty hand at work in every area of our lives where there is lack! Lead us in the paths of righteousness for your name sake! May you deliver us from the schemes of darkness to afflict and frustrate us! In the name of Jesus!
- Yield your members as instruments of righteousness to do that which advances the kingdom of God.
