[Psalm 63:1-11 KJV] “O God, thou art My God; early will I seek thee: My soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee In a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; To see thy power and thy glory, So as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.”
“Because thy lovingkindness Is better than life, My lips shall praise thee. Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name. My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; And my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips: When I remember thee upon my bed, And meditate on thee in the night watches.”
“Because thou hast been my help, Therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice. My soul followeth hard after thee: Thy right hand upholdeth me. But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, Shall go into the lower parts of the earth.”
“They shall fall by the sword: They shall be a portion for foxes. But the king shall rejoice in God; Every one that sweareth by him shall glory: But the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped”.
We want to spend today to meditate on Psalm 63 and pray four simple powerful prayers from this psalm. Psalms are very powerful; and praying them can release a great deal of virtue into your life.
Open your mouth and thank God! Declare Him as your God and remain submitted!
The Psalmist declared that the Lord is his God. We serve a mighty God and there is none like Him. God is mighty and good; His mercies endures forever.
Pray that as we continue to gather and and meet in His name, may He show us His glory and power.
May He reveal His greatest purpose and might. May you see the glory of the Lord in the land of the living. May the Almighty God show us His glory. Show us Your glory oh Lord!
Pray that the Lord shall satisfy our souls, as with marrow and fatness.
You are not permitted to eat crumbs! May the Lord cause you to excel and see the goodness of the Lord. May the Lord bless and satisfy you as with marrow and fatness.
Pray that the Lord will uphold you. May those who seek your soul fall by the sword and may they be prey for the foxes. May those who seek your soul to destroy it go to the lower parts of the earth.
I pray that you will escape every scheme of the wicked. May their scheme to hurt you or your family fail. May the angel of the Lord stop them; May you escape unhurt!
May the mouth of those who swear decietfully be stopped!
May you see grace. May those who speak of your good return joyfully!
