“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.” (Romans 8:11 KJV)
There is no reason to be dead in sin, captive to sicknesses and weaknesses. We know that “if the Spirit of Him that raised Christ from the dead abides in you, He that raised Christ from the dead will quicken your mortal bodies.” The secret to live above sicknesses, weaknesses, sin and death is to catch the glory.
The indwelling Spirit is the secret to a quickened and an active life. When you catch the glory, you will live above weaknesses and infirmities. You can and must stay alive and quick. You can not fail. This is your season to stay full of zest and life.
John 14:16-17 teaches the three simple secrets to catch the glory. Secrets to receive the power that liberates. “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.”
The three simple secrets to receive the Spirit of Him that raised Christ from the dead, and able to quicken your mortal bodies are:
Know the Holy Spirit:
You must be able to recognise the Spirit as He moves. The Holy Spirit has tokens by which He manifests and you must be able to recognize Him as He comes and moves. You will miss your encounter and touch if you do not recognize the various manifestations of the Spirit.
See the Holy Spirit:
A few years ago I was ministering in a little town in Ghana, then all of a sudden we felt a chilling breeze in the meeting; at that very moment I felt that was an unusual presence of the Holy Spirit, and as I declared it, we began to experience tangible mighty manifestations. Your ability to see the Spirit will lead to mighty manifestations. On the day of Pentecost, how did the disciples know the Holy Spirit had come? He came in as a mighty rushing wind.
Fellowship with the Holy Spirit:
There is nothing as painful as trying to be intimate with a person who does not feel anything for you. You will receive the infilling of the Holy Ghost when you learn to fellowship with the Him.
I pray for you that you will know, see, and fellowship with the Holy Spirit of God. Be filled to the fullness of the Holy Spirit. Let nothing stop you from being filled. Your life will not be the same again.
