James 5:19–20 (KJV) — “Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.”
Exhortation
God calls us to care deeply for one another’s spiritual lives. When someone drifts from the truth, love does not stay silent. A gentle word, a prayerful conversation, or a compassionate act can become God’s tool to restore a wandering heart.
Helping someone turn back to God is more than kindness, it is eternal work. Through obedience, humility, and love, God can use us to bring life, healing, and grace where there was once separation.
Prayer
Lord, give me a heart that cares for souls. Help me to walk in truth and to lovingly guide others back when they stray. Use my words, actions, and prayers to bring restoration and life. Let Your grace flow through me, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
