[Isaiah 61:1-3 KJV] “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God;”
“to comfort all that mourn; to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.“
The Bible teaches that we are called the trees of righteousness and the plantings of the Lord. The child of God is a both a tree and a plnting. We can therefore bear fruits by the same mechanism that trees and plantings bear fruits.
- Be strategically positioned to receive spiritual nourishment as the word, anointing, and the glory of God.
- Recieve and assimilate the nutrients to every part of the plant
- Allow God to clean up and sanitise your environment
- You must move to do what you must do. It doesn’t matter what the gardener will do for a plant, the plant must be the one photosynthesising.
This is the time to arise and move to flourish and bear fruits. You must win the battle. God must take us far and we must be willing to act as plantings of the Lord and trees of righteousness.
Stay blessed
