The power to shine your light is in Christ. To shine your light is to show your good works. The power to do good and show those works is in Christ, and we can harness it by faith; by believing on Him.
There are many times and there are many of us who are unable to do the good that we know how to do. Many of us hate what we do, and do what we hate. We are in constant conflict within us. There is a constant struggle within many of us, but we can rise above this storm.
[Romans 7:24-25 KJV] “O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin. “
Mostly, we know the good that we must do but we lack the power to do it. Rather, we do what we hate, and we hate what we do.
Shine your Light
We can do what we want to do when we;
- Get ignited by the truth and powers or Spirit.
- Connect with the church and the anointing in the church.
- Determine to do what is right even if it is hard.
Let us strive to know the truth and to receive power that comes by Holy Ghost. We must also connect to the anointing upon the church (there is an anointing upon every church, try and connect). And we ought to determine to do righteously even if it means dying.
These are the simple keys that you must connect with to receive power to shine your light.
