1 Timothy 2:1-4 KJV — I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; [2] for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. [3] For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; [4] who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
Praise the Lord, today is the Lord’s day and it’s my prayer that we will find time and pray! Apostle Paul recommends that first of all prayer and supplication be made for all men and for kings. If we are really serious to win some for Christ then we must arise to pray and intercede for the souls!
Let’s pray that;
- God will show Himself strong on our behalf. Pray that the Lord shall move mightily among us as we gather to worship and serve Him.
- God will give us the grace to walk in righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. May God cause His will to be done in the earth as it is in heaven!
- Pray that God will supply all of our needs according to His riches in Glory! Pray that God will raise financial pillars to give towards ministry and missions. Pray for the healing of the finances of the church!
- Forgive and heal the church! Pray that great restoration shall come upon the church in the name of Jesus Christ!
- We shall not be lead into temptation but to deliver us from evil! Pray that any evil power projected against you or the church shall fail in the name of Jesus Christ!
May the Lord bless your effort to advance the kingdom! May you become an instrument in the hand of the Lord to work His marvellous feats! Today marks the beginning of great grace to do exploits. May the Lord cause you to advance and push the frontiers of the battle further!
