Many people have been seeking the will of God concerning their lives. Well this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. In everything, good or bad learn to give thanks.

“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you” (1 Thessalonians 5:18 KJV)

Even when people betray you, know that it is part of the plan of God for your life. Joseph may not have ended up in Egypt if his brothers had not sold him. Jesus Christ may not have ended up glorified if the princes of this world had not crucified Him.

Judas may have felt very justified when he was betraying Jesus; may the Lord help us. May we never betray the hands that have held us up.

I thank God for my victories and failures. I thank God for all who have disrespected me. I thank God for those who left me; they inspired me more than those who stayed and stood by me.

As I look back, I know it was good that I was afflicted. I have learnt the statutes of the Lord. “It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes” (Psalms 119:71 KJV) I have learnt to obey.

Beloved learn to give thanks. Learn to be thankful. It is the will of God. Indeed, all things would work together to our good because we are called according to His purpose, and we love God (Romans 8:28)
