[Proverbs 21:25 KJV] “The desire of the slothful killeth him; For his hands refuse to labour.“
The Bible tells us, the desire of the lazy shall kill him, because he does not take action on his desires. The secret to great achievements is not waiting for the the perfect moment but starting from where you are, what you have, and those with you. It requires careful planning, adequate preparation, and effective delivery. Waiting for everybody to come on board may mean that you will never achieve anything. The widow of the prophet who left her with debt had to start with the little oil she had at home, with the boys he had left behind.
The Bible tells of a woman who was the widow of a prophet. The prophet died and left her with debt to pay. Now, when the debtors came to take her sons to be slaves as it was the custom and practice of the day, she run to her prophet. She was directed as to what she can do with what she had. Today the name of God and unction is available. If we can believe and arise to act on our dreams, God will amplify our efforts and give us results.
The same God is working with us today. Whatever you have in your hand is enough to achieve any marvelous thing! What do you have at home? Just ARISE, WORK, PRAY, REST, and LEAVE THE REST FOR GOD; He will work on it. We have a great co-worker; He is always working behind the scenes even when you don’t see Him working. Let Him work with you, or better work with Him.
FINALLY MY BRETHREN,
“Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.” (Romans 12:9-13 KJV)
Stay blessed!
