[Mark 16:14-20 KJV] “Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.”
“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
“So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them , and confirming the word with signs following. Amen”.
In this Month of Miracles, I want to share one secret that will lead to the salvation and healing of many in the world. The Lord Himself teaches this secret and we must believe and walk in it.
After His resurrection from the dead, the Lord called His twelve together and commanded them to do one thing; just one thing. He commanded them to go into the world and preach the gospel. Those who believe and are baptised shall be saved, and signs shall follow them. The secret to salvation and the fivefold signs is in the preaching of the gospel around the world.
God has decided to save and heal the world by the foolishness of preaching. Preaching the gospel is the power of God to save and heal the world. As powerless as it may seem, preaching the gospel is the power of God to save and heal the world. This is what this moment and time must count for.
To effectively preach the gospel around the world we must;
1. Purpose, plan and prepare:
We cannot step out unprepared. We must be decided, plan and prepare for every journey. We cannot step out unprepared.
2. Pray and war:
Wait on God and Read. We must build faith and anointing for the mission.
3. Train and team-up:
The Lord never sent out ignorant heads. He trained them for the work and sent them two by two. If we break the teams, we will not succeed. We must maintain the teams and keep ranks.
4. Step out and preach being wise as serpents:
In Luke 10, he sent them as sheep among wolves, hence the need to be as wise as serpents.
5. Bring back reports; praise the Lord!
They brought back reports and testimonies. They reported back to the Lord.
These are the five master keys to preach the gospel and survive in the mission field. As we step out these weekends, we want to preach being wise as serpents but harmless as doves. I have no doubt that as we step out and begin to preach the word, the world will be saved and healed.
Stay blessed
