Revelation 21:1 KJV – And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
Today’s exhortation
This world is not our home, we are just passing through; but even beyond the fact that this earth is passing away. The earth is passing away and passing quickly. A day is coming when this earth will perish and give way for a new heaven and a new earth.
I understand how you feel about this but whether you can imagine it or not, this world is coming to an end. The apostle John got this revelation many years ago and everything is pointing to the fact that everything is coming to an end. Are you ready for the new heaven and the new earth. This is a new city where flesh and blood cannot go. It is God’s city, where righteousness dwells!
There is only one way to get into this new city, it is to be born again. He that is born of flesh is flesh, and he that is born of the spirit is spirit. You must be born of water and of the spirit to even see, let alone to enter into the new city of God. Will you be ready when the trumpet shall sound? Jesus is coming back for a church that has no blemish! Will you be ready when the trumpet shall sound.
Romans 10:13 reveals that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. The first step to getting ready is to come to Jesus for the saving grace. You must call upon the name of the Lord. You must believe in your heart that Jesus is the son of God who died and rose again on the third day. You must believe the word. With the heart you believe and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. He has said in his word that he (Jesus Christ ) stands at the door and knocks, if you hear my voice today, don’t harden your heart. This is the time to give your soul a chance to be redeemed. Lift your hands and heart and call upon the Lord.
Today’s Prayer
- Pray that the father shall cause you to receive the knowledge of the truth; to believe and call upon the name that is given under heaven that all men shall be saved, JESUS!
- Pray that the Lord shall prepare you as a sanctuary, pure and Holy, tried and true. Pray that God will give you the grace. Pray!
- Pray for your brothers and sisters! Pray for your parents! Pray that your friends shall awaken from their sleep that Christ will give them light. Pray that people you love will receive the light of salvation.
