Unclean spirits we know are Satan’s evil agents who hide behind causes to steal, kill and destroy good things in a believer’s life. Unclean spirits are like viruses; they attack and fight good things in our lives when they gain access.

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (John 10:10 KJV)

Unclean spirits are like human immune viruses; if you leave them in your life, they will attack your defences and immune systems. According to Luke 11:22-26, the major mode of operation of unclean spirits is to open the door and make you vulnerable for stronger spirits to devour you.

Usually when demons gain access to your life, they bring in seven other stronger spirits to devastate your life. When demons gain access to your life, your later end shall be worse.

I pray that you will arise and resist them steadfastly. You have the power and you can resist them. You are God’s precious child and it’s important to fight and resist the devils.

If you leave unclean spirits alone, they will destroy your beautiful life. The scriptures teach that we must resist unclean spirits. It’s your responsibility.

1. Your faith

When unclean spirits gain access to your life, the first thing they attack is your faith. Our Lord Jesus Christ told Peter that “the devil has decided to sift you as wheat but I have prayed for you that your faith will not fail”. Unclean Spirits attack your faith in God, His purpose and His goodness. They create doubt and make you not believe, so beware! They know that without faith it’s impossible to please God or even receive anything from God.

No matter what happens don’t lose faith. The devil wants you to lose your faith and conviction. One day someone who was offended said “I don’t believe in love”. Well that is the aim of the devil. If you don’t believe in love, what do you believe in, Hate? Or to be just sleeping around without looking for love.

Hold fast to your convictions and faith in truth, grace, and mercy. Hold fast to your convictions in God.

2. Demons attack your hope:

When unclean spirits attacked Judas, they attacked his hope and he ended up committing suicide. Discouragement is the work of unclean spirits. Whenever you feel hopeless, arise and cast out the devils. Unclean spirits are leeches of your hope and aspirations. They frustrate you until you lose the hope and aspirations to rise higher.

3. Unclean spirits attack your love:

When unclean spirits gain access to your life they attack your love. When Satan entered into Judas, he lost his love for the Lord. Demons project hate. They move people to betray those who care about them. Demons of infidelity attack the love of spouses.

Unclean spirits are wicked, but we have the power over devils. We have the power to destroy their works.  Don’t allow devils to destroy your faith, hope, and love. These are the three things that define your faith walk.

You can and must win the battle against demons. Don’t let the devil tell you lies; he cannot steal, kill or destroy your beautiful life. You are a child of God and must win.
