Those who are ever able to scale and soar to higher heights are those who spend time to wait upon the Lord. Even youth and children lose zest and vim but those who wait upon the Lord have their strength renewed. They mount up with wings as eagles and soar above the storms of life.
[Isaiah 40:30-31 KJV] “Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint”.
Acts 6:7 reveals that when there is a revival, the word of God increases, the number of disciples multiply in the city, a great company of priest obey the word (listen attentively, conform to the command and authority), and some began to work great wonders and miracles among the people.
And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith. (Acts 6:7 KJV)
Waiting on God prepares you for trying eventualities of life. Waiting prepares you for the future. Quiet Times is the source of great strength for great men. Those who win do so because they wait on God. Until you descend into the valley to spend time in His presence you may not be able to soar to the heights and mountains to encounter His power.
I see the glory, I hear the sound of revivals and miracles but it is coming after we have waited on the Lord. When the saints and church wait on God, there is the activation of power and supernatural grace. As you wait on God; may the Good Lord rain His Spirit and grace upon you. May He prepare you for greater works and even to withstand greater storms.
As you wait on the Lord, may you be prepared! May you be made strong! Be blessed!

I draw strength, wisdom, skill, anointing, and every good gift as I spend time on the mountain of the HighCity Church.
