[Romans 8:28-30 KJV] “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.”
Destiny is the revealed end, mark or goal of your calling. Every sport has rules and what constitutes a win. Every great sportsman knows the win, the rules, and the mark of the calling. Genesis 1:26 and Roman 8:29 reveal that the destiny for every child of God is to look and live like Christ amid His creation.
Every one of us was created in the image and the likeness of God to function as God amid God’s creation. We must strive to look and live as Christ when He walked the face of the earth.
Never admit nor say it is impossible. It is possible to be holy because He is holy; it is possible to be supernatural because we are born of Him; it is possible to be perfect because He is perfect. Never say never, because;
- God knew all of us before we were both formed, born, and called. He foreknew us; each of us.
- God has predestinated us to conform to the image of His dear Son. He called us to conform or be yielded. I can only imagine what the earth will look like even if just a tenth of her population choose to look and live like Christ.
- God did foreknow each of us He predestinates to conform to the image of His son; He did not just call but also justified and glorified us to walk in these paths prepared for us.
We are called to look like Jesus Christ. If the church does not awake, we may draw a lot of people to hell. This is the time to arise and exhort the church to look like Christ! This is the time!
Stay blessed
