[1 Timothy 1:18-20 KJV] “This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare; [19] Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck: [20] Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme”.
Many people hear great prophetic words but never see them come to pass, because they are not properly charged with its fulfillment. They leave our lives to chance, and forget that prophecies don’t just get fulfilled.
To win by prophecy, you must;
- Recieve and live by the charge committed to you
- War a good warfare according to the prophecy that is gone ahead of you
- Holding on to faith and
- Holding on to good conscience
It’s sad to say, but some have thrown away these things and have made a shipwreck of their faith. We can win by prophecy if we can war a good warfare by believing unwaveringly, and holding on to a good conscience.
In Jeremiah 29:11, the Lord said that Judah will go into captivity for 70 years, after which they shall seek the Lord and they shall be returned to their land.
In Daniel 9, we learn that after 70 years was accomplished, Daniel, one of the captives, read and understood by the books of Jeremiah that the captivity was to be 70 years. But the freedom did not come until he began to fast and pray and seek the Lord.
In Daniel 10, we read about how it took 21 days of fasting and focused seeking to release the answers to the prayer, and even that, the fulfillment took sometime. We will walk into prosperity and liberty if we learn to war by the prophecies we have received . And we should not throw away good conscience. The fact that I must prosper by prophecy does not mean I should run over heads and goodwill to amass wealth.
You will win by prophecy if you can war, keep believing (don’t throw away your faith and conviction), and hold forth a good conscience. Be blessed.
I love you!
