“And the woman bare a son, and called his name Samson: and the child grew, and the Lord blessed him. (25) And the Spirit of the Lord began to move him at times in the camp of Dan between Zorah and Eshtaol.” (Judges 13:24-25 KJV)
Most great men are not great in themselves; they are able to do great things because if they are yielded to the working of the Holy Spirit in us. Without the Holy spirit, there is very little we can do. He is the enabling spirit, He empowers us to stay in command.
The Bible tells us that “the Spirit began to move Samson at times.” Samson became great as long as he yielded to the Spirit. He was given to the anointing and the spirit moved Him. If you can allow the Holy Spirit to have His way, He will empower and strengthen you.
Acts 10:38 exhorts that “Jesus Christ went about doing good …, because he was anointed with the Holy Spirit and power.” The Holy Spirit is the agent of possibilities; He enables and empowers. When you hunger and thirst after the Holy Spirit, you will be filled and empowered. The Holy Spirit Helper; He helps us to move into the higher levels in the realm of the spirit.
I pray that you will be yielded to the Holy Spirit. Many of us do not yield to the Holy Spirit because we are not persuaded of His greatness and divinity. You will from today understand the help and authority of the Holy Spirit.
As children of God, we must learn to yield to the workings of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit releases His power into our lives when we learn to yield to His workings. He has power to help and empower. Be yielded and allow Him to fix every mess in your life. May you allow Him to build you up and strengthen you.
Many of us are bitter, broken and resentful, but the Holy Spirit can and will heal our broken emotions if we would allow Him to. He can drive out fear and inferiority complex. May the Holy Spirit come in and heal us in Jesus’ name.
The Holy Spirit may be working but until He begins to work in you, the process of healing has not yet began . Allow Him to work in you.
