The only secret to finishing your course is to just keep walking and expect a miracle!
[Galatians 3:5-9 KJV] “He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? [6] Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.”
[7] “Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. [8] And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. [9] So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.”
I believe there is no reason to fret or to be anxious. There is only one secret to finish your course and to fulfil your ministry with joy; just keep walking and expect a miracle.
Very often many of us make mistakes because we try to fix everything, but there are so many things that we cannot fix or change. There are many things that can happen only by a miracle and by grace. The simple way to live your life submitted to the grace of God is to just keep walking and expect a miracle. So many things are beyond what due process can fix.
What is a miracle?
A miracle is an extraordinary event that is inexplicable by natural causes alone, hence attributed to a divine agent.
A miracle is a sudden inexplicable event that relieves from pain or weakness.
How do you finish your course in faith?
I have told you that the simple secret to finish your course and in faith is to just:
- Keep walking
- Keep hearing by faith
- Keep believing God
He that works miracles and ministers the spirit does so by the hearing of faith. As we spend time listening by faith, we receive an anointing and miracles. You must learn to soak in the word. Regulate what you listen to. Don’t just tune in and listen to whatever is being churned out; choose and pick what you want to listen to.
We are told of a crippled man who was healed at a city called Lystra. This man did not do anything other than just sitting to listen to Paul. Sometimes, pastors and teachers preach so many things that make miracles look like something that can be worked for, but the truth is, miracles are special interventions by God. All you can do is just keep walking, keep hearing by faith, and keep believing.
[Acts 14:7-10 KJV] “And there they preached the gospel. [8] And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother’s womb, who never had walked: [9] The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, [10] Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked.”
God does not work with formulae. He is God and works in His own time. and season. We must learn to walk, hear, and believe. You will receive a miracle when you learn to walk, listen, and believe.
I am not suggesting that you should leave your life to chance; I am only asking you to do what a man can do and leave God to do what only God can do.
Expect a miracle while you live your life, and continue steadfastly in fellowship, prayer, and obedience. You will not drown. You will win and soar. Just keep walking. Press on but never stop believing.
- You have received Jesus Christ; been baptised and added to the church.
- Many of you are continuing steadfastly in prayer, fellowship, and obedience; building healthy relationships with other believers; eating your bread with gladness and singleness of heart.
- Most of us continue in the truth in the temple and from house to house daily; praising God and having favour with God and with men
- Keep walking; keep trading to earn money to support yourself and others in need, and I know it is only a matter of time and pam! the miracle will happen.
That is how miracles happen. Abraham kept walking and God showed up at the right time. Just keep walking and expect a miracle, it will happen.
I love you
