Psalm 8:6-8 KJV — Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; Thou hast put all things under his feet: [7] All sheep and oxen, Yea, and the beasts of the field; [8] The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, And whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.
I don’t know exactly how you feel this morning but if you feel so weak and helpless, I came to announce to you that you can have dominion over the works of the hand of God. You are far more than anything you have imagined yourself to be. You are not a weakling! You are not a failure! You are not a fool! You are one of the most wonderful creations of God. You are created in the image and likeness of God to have dominion over the works of the hand of God. You are designed and created to have dominion over the sheep, the oxen, the beast of the field, the birds of the air, and any creature in the sea.
The only things that God didn’t give you dominion over are:
- God Himself, and
- Other humans
Other humans are free agents who have a right to choose whether they want to listen and cooperate with you or not. Any attempt to control the will and choices of any other may turn to witchcraft! You must resolve to rise and be all that God created you to be but never attempt to control nor manipulate another person.
Arise and shine! Let the clothes of weakness, and brokenness be taken from you! May you rise and fight the good fight of faith today! Arise and change the narrative, you are made to have dominion!

- Thank God for the gift of life today! Thank God for grace for another day!
- Pray that God will give you the grace and courage to live a life of dominion and power! May nothing be able to stop you!
- Thank God for strength and courage to march on and advance the cause of Christ!
