It Is Time To Lead

The church of God is a training institute, it is a teacher and leadership training institute.

Scripture Reading 

[Hebrews 5:11-12 KJV] “Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.

For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.”

The church is not just a clinic; but a training institute where the sick, sinners, and the bound receive the Word and promise of God. They become empowered through the blessing after the promises are fulfilled in their lives and ought to graduate to become teachers.

The church may be a clinic but we don’t have professional clinicians working in there; every church must have former patients who have found healing and health to teach and help others to find healing and health too.

In psalm 51, the psalmist assured the Lord that if he found forgiveness, he would teach sinners the way of salvation. Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee. (Psalm 51:13 KJV)

As we come in through the corridors of the church, we must strive to become teachers and not spectators. We must crave for a total Christian experience that will empower us to influence the world around us.

Strive for the total Christian experience that will make you a teacher. Strive to

1. Use milk to grow in the faith;

Don’t skip the milk age; without milk, you cannot be prepared for the use of meat. The proper use of milk is to makes you skillful in the use of the Word of righteousness.

2. Move on to use meat;

Meat nourishes for maturity. Strive to use meat and the Word of righteousness skilfully.

3. Be enlightened by the truth;

Every useful believer is enlightened by the truth. We cannot afford to be ignorant and dull in a digital and information age. One smart idea can transform your fortune. One business idea from God transformed the business fortunes of Jacob (See Genesis 30:25-43). Now, Jesus is that true light that lights everyone to comes to the earth (John 1:9) Receive that real encounter with Jesus!
