[Deuteronomy 7:1-3 KJV] “When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;”
“and when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them: neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.”
There are things that things that fight people as they step into time and space. As we step into time and space let us beware!
- Gates: There are always both physical and spiritual structures that regulate access into time and space. These structures must be confronted and dealt with if we will win.
- The sun and the moon: There is a way the sun and the moon behave in every space and time. You must pray that the sun shall not smite you by day nor the moon by night. You must be free from the oppression of the sun and of the moon.
- Beast: Beasts and cartels and inhabitants that occupied my space and time. Before Israel stepped I to the promise land there were beast and inhabitants; Israel needed to overcome them if they could inhabit the land
- Enemies and adversaries
- Norms and culture
- The gods and deities of the land: There are things that people in a particular time and space worship. You must beware not to fall for those things.
