Remember, you cannot make it by faith if you cannot live by faith. Faith is not an emergency door but a way of life. You must live by faith if you are going to make it by faith.
[Romans 1:16-17 KJV] “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.”
If you want to make it by faith then;
1. Don’t be ashamed of the gospel of Christ:
The righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith in the gospel. You can never know what is right to be done except you are willing to live by and treasure the gospel.
2. Your hopes must be based on the promises of God, and not on wishes:
You cannot be hoping to receive a car from me when I have promised you kenkey. Your hopes must be based on God’s promises and not your wishes. (See Romans 4:18-25)
3. Speak to your mountains and pray your desires:
Those who can live by faith must be trained to prophesy and pray. You must speak to your mountains and pray earnestly about your desires. (See Mark 11:23-24)
4. Forgive those who have wronged you:
Unforgiveness will block your blessings. You must be ready to stand and forgive those who wronged you. Forgiveness is hard but not impossible. (See Mark 11:25-26)
5. Lay aside every weight and sin that easily besets you, but run with patience the race that is set before you:
Hebrews 12:1-3 teaches that it takes a lot of endurance to finish the race that is set before you. You must run but run with patience.
6. Fight the good fight of faith:
Many don’t make it by faith because they are too laid back. You must be ready to fight back and fight so strongly to stand and make it by faith. You cannot and should not throw in the towel so easily.
7. Beware, Lest you fall from grace:
