We ought to use all creative ways to get the people of our city to come and experience God’s power, Connect, Continue steadfastly, Give, and Volunteer! Church is all about people. We have a vision to welcome about 100 new guests to the church and break the 300 member barrier, this means you must simply;
- Break forth into singing and prepare the place of your tents, stretch the cord, lengthen the cords, and strengthen the stakes. Just make room for more and create an ambience that reflects and communicate the beauty of the holiness of God. (See Isaiah 54)
- Pray for all men and people in authority (See 1 Timothy 2:1-8); bind the armed strongman over the house (See Luke 11:23-25); pray the Lord of the harvest to send more labourers to the harvest (See Luke 10:1-4); pray for the missionaries that are already out, that God will deliver them from wicked and unreasonable men (See 1 Thessalonians 3:2); pray the word of God will be glorified and have a free course with others as with us; pray that the preaching with come with the demonstration of the Spirit’s power;
- Groom and behave yourself as people who profess godliness; your message and lifestyle must be in sync.
- Share both the gospel and your testimony with those where you live, work and play; both online and in-person.
- Invite friends and family to church.
- Publicise, prepare, pray, preach, and serve the saints with purpose and passion.
- Follow-up first-timers with an SMS, voice note, a call and a visit.
