3 Steps to Freedom from Oppression

We have already learnt from the example of the man of Gadara to share our testimony. Indeed, that is right, but the man of Gadara had a testimony to share because he received a touch that freed him from his torment.

I speak over your life, that you shall receive a touch that will free you from your torment. The man had lived in the tombs for many days and nights, but just one step, one good step in the right direction, changed his story and set him on the course to destiny. You will not miss your way! You will receive an encounter that would change your life forever.

Every chain that holds you bound, every condition that has handicapped you, every oppressor humiliating you must release you now in the name of Jesus Christ. You will walk into freedom from every oppression if you can engage the following three keys;

1. Worship at the feet of the Master:

Every man or woman that seeks freedom from oppression must first be humble to worship at the feet of the cross. When we learn to take the Lord’s yoke upon us, we begin to walk in the refreshing freedom He brings (Matthew 11:29-30)

2. Honour His servants:

The scriptures say explicitly that whosoever receives the servant of God has received God Himself (Matthew 10:40). Those who honour the servant, have honoured the Master. This is a key step towards freedom from oppression. Honour the servants of God because they stand in the stead of God.

3. Mix the Word with faith:

Finally, you will be free from oppression when you mix the word with faith. (Hebrews 4:1-2)
