“And the children of Israel again did evil in the sight of the Lord , when Ehud was dead. And the Lord sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan, that reigned in Hazor; the captain of whose host was Sisera, which dwelt in Harosheth of the Gentiles. And the children of Israel cried unto the Lord : for he had nine hundred chariots of iron; and twenty years he mightily oppressed the children of Israel. And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time. And she dwelt under the palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Beth–el in mount Ephraim: and the children of Israel came up to her for judgment. And she sent and called Barak the son of Abinoam out of Kedesh–naphtali, and said unto him, Hath not the Lord God of Israel commanded, saying, Go and draw toward mount Tabor, and take with thee ten thousand men of the children of Naphtali and of the children of Zebulun? And I will draw unto thee to the river Kishon Sisera, the captain of Jabin’s army, with his chariots and his multitude; and I will deliver him into thine hand.” (Judges 4:1-7 KJV)
We live in very turbulent times when several families, nations, and even churches are being harassed by the cruel powers of darkness.
We live at the verge of time, everything is drawing close to an end and eternity is about to begin.
The devil knowing that he has a short time has stepped up his game. With great wrath, he is plundering the people and heritage of God. The devil is subduing and ruling with an iron hand. The devil like Sisera is perpetuating extreme cruelty against the human race.
I hear the cry of the nations, many are weeping and sobbing; and now God is calling us to arise and rally.
It’s time to stop the infighting and start arising and rallying forces and troops to step into the valley of decision to deliver the masses.
Four keys that will lead us to arise and rally forces to fight oppression are;
-
Study:
People rally around leadership that is steps ahead of them.
The first key to be able to rally forces and troops is to study to show yourself approved unto God a workman that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the truth (2 Timothy 2:15). So to rally forces and troops is to study to be quiet and to do your business. (1 Thessalonians 4:11)
-
Pray:
Psalm 37:5 teaches that when we commit our ways to Lord, He would establish our thoughts. Prayer commits God to act and makes us co- labourers with Him. When we pray, we enjoy revelation and divine light to act.
-
Plan:
A good plan curtails waste and brings direction. You must therefore sit and count the cost of whatever you set out to do (Luke 14:28-30). The forces and troops rally around you and your ideas. It is also important to draft and publish your plans and thoughts.
-
Go and speak:
Ezekiel 37 reveals the need to go down to the valley and speak over the dry bones. The troops and forces may not always look formidable but as you speak to them, their strength is restored and they will arise and rally around the cross and the course of Christ.
May the forces and troops arise to fight for your victory in the coming year in Jesus’ name!
God bless you!
