“For, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without were fightings, within were fears.” (2 Corinthians 7:5 KJV)
I believe with all my heart that there are times when we need someone to hold us. We all face the dark moments and confront our own anxieties. As your pastor, I face my own fears and anxieties.
Apostle Paul sheds light on this. There are times when our ministration and service is in the midst of fears, tension and anxieties. The very people we serve and love are the ones who hurt us badly.
Some times our flesh has no rest. We are often troubled on every side but God is with us. From without are fightings. People fight us from without and from within too, we are afraid.
I will encourage you to keep pressing. Keep fighting as gallant men. Press on. Don’t let the fighting without and the fear within intimidated you. Nothing can stop us! Press on and push forward. God is our helper. Keep pressing.
I love you
