Today I want to share with you three things that anyone who wants to excel in life must not despise:
The power of a planting:
The Bible tells us in John 12:23-26 that “Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.”
There is power in losing oneself. There is so much power in planting. Every seed has the potential to reproduce but the power to release the potential is in planting or falling into the ground and dying. If any man will serve Christ, he must follow Him and lose himself.
The power of environment:
Jeremiah 4:3-4 teaches us the word of God. “For thus saith the Lord to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns. Circumcise yourselves to the Lord , and take away the foreskins of your heart, ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.” The environment into which you sow your seed is important. We cannot sow among thorns. We must break up our fallow grounds, we must not sow among thorns. It is time to sow ourselves in righteousness.
The power of prayer:
[2 Chronicles 6:26-29] “When the heaven is shut up, and there is no rain, because they have sinned against thee; yet if they pray toward this place, and confess thy name, and turn from their sin, when thou dost afflict them;
Then hear thou from heaven, and forgive the sin of thy servants, and of thy people Israel, when thou hast taught them the good way, wherein they should walk; and send rain upon thy land, which thou hast given unto thy people for an inheritance.
If there be dearth in the land, if there be pestilence, if there be blasting, or mildew, locusts, or caterpillers; if their enemies besiege them in the cities of their land; whatsoever sore or whatsoever sickness there be:
Then what prayer or what supplication soever shall be made of any man, or of all thy people Israel, when every one shall know his own sore and his own grief, and shall spread forth his hands in this house:”
God bless you

God bless u Pastor for this message I am indeed bless.I will not despise the power of planting ,the power of environment, the power of prayer.
Wow… this cant be any well said than this. Prayer is the breath of a Christian, we die when we stop praying, a seed that refuses to be planted never grows rather is dies, and a seed is useless in a useless environment..
God bless you for sharing this message Pastor, and Happy Birthday too.. May God bless all your days
