One of the key reasons why many people do not go far in the Faith is how they react to the faults of others. It is pathetic; we act holier than thou.
(Galatians 6:1 KJV) ”Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.”
The charismatic community is the only army that is intolerant toward their wounded and captured comrades. We have a very poor attitude towards the faults of others which also explains why we have become so afraid to expose our own wounds.
I have found many wounded, if not dead, in the wilderness of life, and many are merely gliding by. Many are just going through the motions of life without emotion or passion. They have lost their first love and are merely pretending. God is calling us back to that place where we will restore those who are overtaken by a fault in the spirit of meekness. Anything you have seen overtaking another believer could likewise overtake you. If you see a brother falling by the way, restore that brother in the spirit of meekness; being aware that it could be you.
This is the only secret to be safe in running your own race. We are fighting a common enemy. We are facing the same challenges and threats. It is time to keep safe by acting in humility. It is time for you to stop judging others and start restoring some. Those who restore a brother or sister overtaken by a fault have saved a sinner from death.

Today’s Prayer
Dear God, help me to have a better attitude towards those who get overtaken by faults. I do not think of myself as one who has arrived. I ask for the grace to keep pressing on in faith, joy, and faithfulness to You and my brethren. In the name of Jesus Christ.
