It is important to understand the need not to leave anything to chance. Nothing just happens! Men must do what men must do and trust God as the absolute orchestrator of all things that are good. We must understand that the heavens will wait on men to act, but the outcome of life does not depend on human action. There are so many things that happen when Heaven speaks; but Heaven will wait until we act.
Nothing just happens but these Scriptures show that God is in the midst of His creation helping those who trust Him with the outcomes of their lives.
“The horse is prepared against the day of battle: but safety is of the Lord.” (Proverbs 21:31 KJV)
It is important to hope for the best but to plan for eventualities, because horses are prepared against the day of battle, but safety is of God. We must live ready. We must always be ready and not taken by surprise. We must always be prepared. Evil does not announce it’s coming; we must live ready.
“The lot is cast into the lap; but the whole disposing thereof is of the Lord.” (Proverbs 16:33 KJV)
The next very important scripture is this one that says that men vote and cast lots but the Lord determines the outcome. Inasmuch as God determine the outcomes of elections; we cannot sit home for Heaven to decide. We must go out there cast our ballots, and then allow God to choose.
“And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds. (And they said unto him, Lord, he hath ten pounds.) For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him.” (Luke 19:24-26 KJV)
Our next Scripture says that those who have more end up receiving more. In fact, even the little which some have may be taken away and given to a person who has more. Almost always there is something that those who have more are doing right; which those who don’t have are not doing. Until you are determined to keep working on what you have, you may end up loosing it.
May the Lord help us to step out and step up our game! You can win and make it big if you work hard. GOD is on our side; we have no cause to be afraid.
It’s important to take responsibility and work assiduously while you trust God for mercies. We have a duty to work and take responsibility. Prepare your horses; cast your lots intelligently; trade to make profit. This is the time for the church to arise and do what we have to do. It’s time to step out and take charge of life. God is waiting on you to act by faith in the Spirit now!
