[Luke 5:27-28 KJV] “And after these things he went forth, and saw a publican, named Levi, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he said unto him, Follow me. And he left all, rose up, and followed him”.
When it comes to working for God your availability is more important than your ability.
The Scriptures tells us of the calling of Levi, the tax collector. When the Lord met and called him, all that mattered was the fact that he got up, left everything and followed him. What was more important was to be available for the work he was called to.
To be available is to make time. In this modern society, everybody is busy and have so much to do, but we can all make time to serve. The Bible encourages us to redeem the time because the days are evil. We live in terrible times and we can only try as much as is possible to plan and manage our time.
I pray that you shall make time to serve in the house of God. I pray that you will leave all and follow. The harvest is plenty and the labourers are few. Let us arise and get our acts together. It is time to double up and press diligently towards the mark of the high calling. It time to make time and make yourself available for the work of God.
When Jesus called Levi, he left all and followed. You can also leave all and follow. You can plan and manage your time for greater impact. We are the hope of this generation, we cannot fail her now. It is time to arise and make time to serve the Lord at home, on missions and in church.

Dear Father,
May You give me the wisdom to manage and plan my time to be more available for Your work! Thank You for breaking the excesses out of my life. I am grateful.
