Rise above “Business-as-Usual” and PUSH!

[Genesis 15:1‭-‬7 KJV] “After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir. And, behold, the word of the Lord came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir. Consistency is important but there comes a time when life should not be business-as-usual. There must come a time when you must shift from coasting in your journey to acceleration. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your life, then break your routines and habits. Don’t be defined by an event, but remember, you will be defined by by your habits and routines.

The simple steps to rise from business-as-usual to PUSH are:

Take stock and ask the right questions:

Our father Abraham asked the right question when he had an encounter with God.

Intensify prayer:

1 Chronicles 4:9-10 teaches that Jabez prayed for a fourfold help; blessing, space, presence, and protection.

Strategise:

List all options available to you, analyse them carefully, and choose the most workable plan.

Pursue, get set and run:

Pilot, assess, try again, keep trying, succeed, brand, market, and expand.

The business of life cannot continue as usaul, we must break routine and advance. You can rise above the status quo and advance. Eleazer or one born in your house shall not inherit all you have. The Lord shall make good every word. We shall get results. God will honour His word!
