There are three things that stir and activate the supernatural forces: faith, prayer, and fasting. The supernatural can be natural to you, as long as you activate the forces that drive the supernatural.
[Matthew 17:17-21 KJV] “Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me. [18] And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour.
[19] Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? [20] And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. [21] Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting”.
Build up your faith, and yourself on your most holy faith:
Faith is all it takes to activate the supernatural. Mark 16:14-20 teaches that signs follow those who believe the gospel, and we learn that those who build up themselves on their most holy faith work miracles and wonders and mighty works. When we believe, we can cast out devils in His name, speak with a new tongue, take up serpents and scorpions, become immune to deadly things, and lay our hands on the sick and they recover.

Faith is the ignition to the engine of the supernatural. You need to believe the report of the Lord if you will walk in the realm of the Lord. Firstly, you must hear the word, then manifestations follow. We know that “faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17).
Pray without ceasing:
You can move mountains and advance supernaturally when you pray by faith with fasting as an icing. Prayer that moves mountains has faith as a foundation and fasting as the icing on the cake of prayer. We must maintain communication with God. Mark 1:35 reveals that our Lord Jesus Christ had a lifestyle of prayer and devotion to the Father.
Fasting is important:
Fasting is the abstinence from food and pleasure to earnestly seek God. It is sacrificial and must be done with Joy. When fasting, start your day with prayer, take your bath and groom, and spend time in prayer and devotion throughout the time. Fasting is an effective weapon to deal with impossibilities.
These three forces are important in every dimension of the spirit; to prepare you, to break barriers, and to move to the next level. I pray for you that as you pray and fast and believe, the windows of Heaven will be opened unto you.
