To win in 2019, let us step into the year with a decision to;
1. Believe:
Believe it is possible to win. Indeed, “all things are possible to him that believes”. Doubt is a thief; those who believe have the grace it takes to achieve all things. Faith is a master key to all possibilities. Those who believe do more. Those who believe, give up excuses. Faith makes all things possible. Believe God, believe in His plan for you, and believe in the possibility of change.
2. Pray more:
We need to pray more because most things don’t happen by logic. Isaac was not born by logic. John the Baptist was not born by logic, and Jesus Christ was not born by logic; all these were born by prayer and by the force of faith. It is time to pray more. The more we pray, the greater the impact of our effort. We are arising to pray more and more.
3. Put away childish things:
Life flows in cycles and seasons, it is therefore important to put away childish things and embrace things that pertains to the new age. 1 Corinthians 13:11 teaches that as we age and grow, we must put away the childish things of yesteryear and embrace more matured things. As the days go by, how you think, understand, and speak, must change to suit the new age. It is important to think positive but be realistic and biblical.
4. Honour all fellowship meetings:
“Don’t forsake the assembling together of yourselves as some are in the habit of doing”. Rather, strive to exhort each other. Let us resolve to attend all fellowship meetings.
5. Dress well:
Your appearance says alot about you. Most often, people see what you look like before they hear what you have got to say or what you have to offer. Men look on the outward, so pay attention to your packaging.
6. Work with your hands:
This is the first secret to live an honest life. Those who don’t work can’t be honest. Every one of us must work at something legitimate.
7. Reach out to the lost, the vulnerable, and the forgotten:
When we have had enough to eat, wear and a place to shelter, we must remember the widows and orphans.
8. Pursue something:
Decide to save towards building a house, buying a car, paying fees, publishing a book, etc. Each of us must pursue something. Set goals and meet them. You and I can and must win.
9. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst, but in all things give thanks to God:
We step into the year with psyche to win and win big time. We are gearing up to win, but we are prepared for the worst. In all things, we will be careful to say, “Thank You Lord!” Be blessed;
I love you
