[1 Peter 3:1-6 KJV] “Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; [2] While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear. [3] Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; [4] But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. [5] For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: [6] Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement”.
I want to exhort you on rising and modelling to become God’s leading woman (an evangelist) to your unbelieving husband. By this truth I shall share with you what men find attractive in women. The characteristics that can transform any man and bring him to the saving knowledge of Christ. The women is one of such agents who can turn many to the faith by simply being attractive and respected. We can win the men without a word. What then does the unbelieving world call beautiful and attractive.
The first thing men find very attractive in women is subjection to the guide of her youth. A woman who knows how to be subject to the guide of her youth is beautiful. There is nothing as repulsive as an arrogant woman.
The second attractive characteristics of a beautiful woman is chastity. Almost every man finds a chaste woman attractive. To be decent and know how to possess your vessel in honour and dignity is important.
The beautiful evangelist should choose her clothings and fashion well. The Christian woman must focus on dressing to be honoured and not seductively. The Christian must choose her clothes with modesty. We should not be too loud with our colors and style.
The ornaments of God’s beautiful evangelist is a meek and a quiet spirit. An attractive woman is meek and quiet. She is not a pushover but she is not aggressive. God’s beautiful evangelist is assertive and polite.
These are the four key things that makes a woman very attractive and able to convert a godless man without a word. May this truth guide and help us to effect change, in the name of Jesus Christ.
