[John 8:31-38 KJV] “Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; [32] And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. [33] They answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?”
[34] “Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. [35] And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. [36] If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. [37] I know that ye are Abraham’s seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you. [38] I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father”.
The greatest problem women face in life around the world is deception and its damaging effect. Aside maternal mortality, the greatest challenge that all women of all time have faced is deception. The subtle tactics of the devil is to lure women to rebel against God and His will for us.
Women have fallen prey to;
1. Subtle beasts:
Women have been decieve by subtle beast; the serpent (he devil), men, angels, the beast.
2. False prophets:
Women are deceived by false prophets everyday. A false prophet cannot deceive any of a woman until she is silly and laden with lust.
[2 Timothy 3:6-7 KJV] “For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, [7] Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth”.
3. The Mind:
Women have, above all, been deceived by the media and their own minds. The screens tell women that they must look like Celine Dion or Mercia Turner to be beautiful.
If you truly want to escape the deceptions of the age then you must engage certain truths. The following things will make you so gullible and vulnerable;
- Seeking approval from others
- Forsaking the guide of your youth
- Loving anything other than the man in your lives.
- Usurping authority over your life
- Refusing to learn in silence
[1 Timothy 2:11-15 KJV] “Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. [12] But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. [13] For Adam was first formed, then Eve. [14] And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. [15] Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety”.
These are the simple secrets to escape deception. The Lord wants you to know the truth and be saved by the truth. You shall not be deceived anymore but you shall walk in the newness of life. May the truth and light of God guide and keep you. May you never make a mistake. May you walk in the newness of life.
