[Matthew 28:18-20 KJV] “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen”.
We have a commission to go and teach the nations; this commandment is from our Lord Jesus Christ Himself. This was His last commandment to the church before His ascension to heaven. The Lord has called and empowered us to step out into the world and teach the nations. The world is your classroom. The world is your mission field.
You are called and empowered for this task, so Purpose, Pray, Plan, Prepare and Go find someone you can teach.
One may go to a foreign soil, but another may anchor close to home to hold the neighbour’s hands. One may shout the gospel in the streets, but another may kneel in pray to reach out to God on their behalf. Some may even have nothing but just a dime to support a missionary. But whatever the case, we must go and teach the nations.
Here are a few reasons why you should go and teach the nations:
Firstly, we were saved and empowered for this reason:
Christ died for the world that those who live should not live unto themselves but unto Him who died for them (See 2 Corinthians 5:15-21). As you can see, this is a ministry and calling we have from the Lord and must take it seriously.
Secondly, the preaching of the cross is the means by which the world shall be saved:
God, in His sovereignty, has chosen the foolishness of preaching to save the world (See 1 Corinthians 1:18, 21). There is no other way by which the world, our friends and family can be saved from eternal damnation, except by preaching. The gospel cannot save anyone except it is preached. We must arise and preach the gospel.
Thirdly, the gospel is the power of God to save
[Romans 1:16 KJV] “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek”.
There is no other power by which the world can be saved except by the gospel. This good news must be published to the ends of the world, and the nations must be taught how to live by the gospel.
It is one thing to know that Jesus came that you might have life and abound with life, but it is entirely another thing to know how to abound with life.
Beloved, the Lord has commanded us to go and teach the nations. Let us arise and teach the nations. The world will be a better place when the truth is taught to the nations. Many shall be saved and empowered to continue the crusade.
Be blessed, I love you!

Prayer:
Dear Father, Please stir up the hearts of your children with fresh fire. Build in us a heart of compassion for the lost world that we may step out and preach the gospel, teach the nations, and empower men.
Amen!
