I want to speak to you today about walking to your prophetic destiny.
[Hebrews 10:7 KJV] “Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God”.
The truth is, there is something prophetic written about every one of us in a book of remembrance; which we must uncover and read for directions; But sometimes, the book is sealed and the seal is not broken. It becomes difficult, therefore, to access the content and to direct you. I pray for you that as we wait on God today, the Lord will send a messenger who can break the seal and read the prophetic content. This is because you can only walk in the prophetic word when you know it.
When the Lord Jesus was born, there were prophets like Simeon and Anna who spoke and opened up His prophetic destiny. They saw into His future and spoke a word over Him. Simeon spoke and Anna confirmed it. At a later time, Peter also spoke about Him being the Son of God. John the Baptist also spoke about Him at His baptism. So many other people spoke about Jesus’ prophetic destiny.
How did these people know all this? And how can you also know your prophetic destiny?
Through the Books:
The Bible is one source to discover your prophetic destiny. John knew what was written.
Through dreams:
Dream and visions are authentic ways of understanding God’s instruction. King Nebuchadnezzar saw his own prophetic destiny in a dream. He was not told by a prophet; he saw it himself. He saw it. God showed him that he was a tree and that the Watchers had commanded him to be cut down. Think about the Pharoah’s baker and butler who were with Joseph.
Through Prophets:
Certain prophets and teachers were waiting on God and the Holy Ghost spoke to them. So you can know your prophetic destiny by the prophets.
By the Spirit:
The Bible teaches that eyes have not seen, nor ears heard, neither has it entered into any heart what God has prepared for them that love Him, but He has revealed it by His Spirit, that we might know the things that are freely given to us.
I pray that as we wait, the spiritual seals may be broken so that the content of your life can be read, and manifested by power. Recieve that touch. We know that when the spirit of truth comes, He will lead us into all truth.
Through waiting:
Habakkuk discovered his prophetic destiny through waiting. He stood upon his watch to see. We must be committed to unveiling what God has put in our lives (See Habakkuk 2:1:5). As we wait on God, may He open the Books to us. May the Lord speak concerning you and direct you with visions and dreams all through the years. May you receive directions!
I pray that as we wait, the spiritual seals may be broken so that the content of your life can be read, and manifested by power. Recieve that touch. I declare that every evil power casting shadows on your prophetic destiny must be rebuked in the name of Jesus! May Heaven find some worthy person to break the seals and decode its content.
