Destined to Rule — Why Many Hardly Rule!

[Romans 5:17 KJV] “For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)”

Though there is a promise that those who receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, many are still in bondage and captive because of the following;

1. They have either not received the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness that comes through faith in Jesus Christ, or are unwilling to stand in this grace.

2. They are unable to rejoice in the hope of the glory of God

3. They are unwilling to rejoice in tribulation which works patience, then experience,  then hope which makes not ashamed

4. They are unyielded to the authority of grace, which is to do what is right

If you want to rule, you must believe and receive the grace and gift of righteousness which God gives by faith through Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us in Romans 5:17 that those who receive the abundance of grace and gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.

It will take grace and the gift of righteousness to reign in life. You must be able to receive and use it. Many are still in captivity because they wear the grace and gift of righteousness as a valuable wristwatch, yet will not be subject to the dictates of its time. Much as having a watch will not stop you from running late to a meeting, grace will not exempt you from captivity except you allow grace to rule in your life.

Therefore, the simple secret to reign in life is to;

1. Believe the gospel
2. Stand in the grace you have access by faith
3. Rejoice in the hope of the glory of God
4. Glory in tribulations and allow it to complete its work in you.
5. Be yielded to the authority of grace and do what is right.

These are the simple wisdom that can guide you to real freedom and liberation. You must reign and you will reign. May the Lord keep and strengthen you to stand and forge forward. You will reign and not remain a captive.
