My message to you today is on 9 strategic prayers for destiny fulfilment, so let’s start with our Scripture reference;
[Habakkuk 2:1-4 KJV] “I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.”
“And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.”
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”
“Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.”
God always shows up and show his ways and works to those who wait upon Him. In order not to grope in darkness, and waste the time of our lives, we must wait upon God and trust Him to show us the way.
Many of us are running because others are running, but God had a plan for each of us and we must walk into that plan. That is destiny and the way we must go!
1. Show us your way and give us the words to express and publish it:
Every vision needs expression and acceptance and publishing. Pray that the Lord will give you the right words to publish the vision.
2. Show me your way and show me where to publish it:
Joseph nearly died because he shared his vision in the wrong place to the wrong people. If Joseph had not told his dream to his brothers, they may never have sold him to the Ishmaelites. He may never have landed in prison in Egypt. Where you tell your vision matters.
Inasmuch as it may be true that Egypt, prison, and all the rest may have been part of God’s grand scheme, it’s better to know where to share and publish your vision.
3. Show us the way and give us the courage to trek the path:
There are times when you know the way but lack the courage to trek and travel. All Joshua needed to do what God was showing him was courage and strength. Pray that the Lord will give you the strength to travel the way He shows you.
4. Show us the way and give us the strength to make the journey:
Pray for strength to make the journey. Pray that God will be our strength and might. Receive strength and grace to make this journey.
5. Show us the way and give us the resources to complete the agenda:
There are also times when you know what to do but lack the resources to do it. Pray that God will give us the resources it takes to run the course. Pray for every resource we need to fulfil destiny.
6. Show us your way and subdue enemies before us:
As God promised Joshua that no man can stand before him; pray that no man can stop you from fulfilling destiny. May the Lord arise and subdue enemies before you as you run the race of life.
7. Show us Your way and help me to finish my course with joy and love:
Pray that the Lord will help you to finish your course with Joy. May you not lose your first love! May you finish your course with Joy!
8. Show us Your way and help us to patiently wait for the fulfilment of the vision:
May we not rush nor be in a haste. May we be able to run the race of time and not rush things.
9. Show us Your way and help us to maintain a humble attitude:
Pray that your soul will not be lifted. Pray that as you rise, you shall not be haughty and proud!
