Our focus as a church is to bring people back into fellowship with Christ! That is all we are seeking to do but hell will not fold hands and stand to watch us to this. All hell is breaking loose and determined to keep us from doing that. Hell will try and release effective weapons against this agenda.
[Acts 4:31-35 KJV] “And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.”
:And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all. Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold, and laid them down at the apostles’ feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.”
It is important to understand that Hell will not fold arms and hands and stand aloof to watch the church advance the kingdom, plunder hell’s territory, and release the captives. All hell will break loose when we attempt to reach out to the unreached. Should we truly attempt to advance the kingdom and preach the truth, hell will loose and there will be a backlash.
Some of the most effective weapons that hell may release against the revival are:
- Intimidation
- Offense
- Discontentment
- Distractions
- Enticements
- Backbiting
- Love of the world
- The rise of brethren to speak perverse things just to draw disciples after them
