How to Become what you are Designed to Be

[Genesis 1:26‭-‬28 KJV] “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”

“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.“

[Colossians 1:15‭-‬20 KJV] “Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: for by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: and he is before all things, and by him all things consist.“

“And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; and, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.“

[Romans 8:29 KJV] “For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.“

There is something you were created to be; you were created to represent God in the midst of His creation. That is the purpose of our lives, to look like and behave as God in the midst in His creation. You were both created and recreated after the fall to be as God in the midst of creature.

As the world is divided into continents (North American, South America, Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia) and oceans (Arctic, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian, southern (Antarctica)); the world is divided into seven mountains (Governance and politics, science and technology, trade and commerce, arts and entertainment, religion, family, education and training). These are the mountains and you must make impact wherever you are but;

1. There are giants that occupy each mountain seeking to corrupt you
2. It will take a battle to climb any of these mountains.
3. Many get corrupted on the mountain. Many compromise and become like all that were before them.

Here are seven steps to ascend any mountain;

1. Discover who you were created and recreated to be. Pray that God will show you which mountain you can influence.
2. Believe in what God says you can be and pursue that purpose
3. Prepare for the future. The future belongs to those who prepare.
4. Begin; everything begins with a step.
5. Continue in the path of faith towards the goal you have set. Press towards your goal.
6. Become what you have celebrated and celebrate what you are becoming. In becoming, direction is more important than speed.
7. Always remember who you were before God lifted you, and honour those by whom God has helped you.
