[Matthew 24:45-47 KJV] “Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his Lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his Lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.”
It is important to teach you that the purpose of our calling is to serve the Lord with gladness. It is such a great things to serve the Lord; however, two of the most important adjectives that must qualify your service is faithfulness and wisdom. God is looking for faithful and wise servants; who He can make rulers over cities. These are the two main keys to promotion. Heaven promotes faithful and wise servants.
I pray that God will give you the wisdom to serve. The Scriptures encourage us to ask for wisdom if we lack it. If any man lacks wisdom, let him pray but pray in faith. Let us pray for wisdom! Ask the Lord to give you the wisdom that you serve Him faithfully and with wisdom. Wisdom we know is the principal thing. May you get wisdom in all your getting.
May the Lord give you a wise heart to live, to serve, and to honour Him in all you do. May you serve the Lord in your calling faithfully and with wise!
