[2 Corinthians 10:3-6 KJV] “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; and having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.“
To win in life, remember that though we walk in the flesh, we don’t war after the flesh.
Whether you are aware or not, there is an unseen war raging fiercely against you. You must be committed to win in that war.
Remember, there are four key things that could potentially work against you.
These are strongholds where demons find a haven from which they launch their attacks; imaginations and high things that exalt itself against the knowledge of God; untamed thoughts; and disobedience.
Reemember also that we have weapons of warfare which are not carnal but mighty through God to pull down strongholds, cast down imaginations, bring thoughts into captivity, and revenge disobedience!
We may not have missiles, jet fighters, tankers or submarines, but whatever we have is mighty when yielded to God and can wreck massive havoc. We have weapons which are mighty through God and we must engage them to win the unseen war.
Each one of us must strive to;
- Pull down every stronghold.
- Cast down imaginations and high things that exalt itself against the knowledge of God.
- Bring thoughts into captivity: Don’t allow your thoughts to stray. God will keep in perfect peace, those whose minds are stayed on Him.
- Revenge every disobedience
Prayer target
- Pray that God will build a church that the gates of hell cannot prevail against. Pray and command the gates to be lifted that the King of Glory may enter.
- Pray and thread upon serpents and scorpions and over every power of the enemy. We exercise our authority and power over every power of the enemy. (See Luke 10:19)
- Pray and command every demon in any area of your life to come out! Cast them out! Now!! In Jesus’s name!!! Come out!!!!
- Pray and pull down strongholds: Cast down imaginations and high things; bring every thought into captivity; and revenge every disobedience.
- Pray and wrestle every principalities and powers: Wrestle rulers of the darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places. Lift up your voice and pray! (See Ephesians 6:10-18)
