[Matthew 6:13 KJV] “And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.”
There are three things that can ground men from all walks of life: unforgiveness (bitterness), temptation, and evil. One man’s bitterness can defile a whole nation. We have all heard about genocides and homicides. Bitterness is deadly; and so are temptations and evil. I pray that you shall escape the pitfalls.
- Pray that God will heal and restore your soul. May you never be bitter! May the Lord heal our ailing hearts and minds.
- Pray that the Lord will deliver you from every temptation. May He lead you away from things that can trap you. May you not fall into temptation! May you be delivered!
- Pray that God will deliver you from household wickedness!
- Pray that God will deliver you from wickedness in high places
- Pray that God will deliver you from the onslaught of the gates of hell
